AUSTRALIA Day holiday in the Tall Timber

What does Australia Day mean to you?

Are you set on the date or just creating a National Day to celebrate mateship and community. Australia Day, to me, means getting together with friends and family, meeting new people, enjoying a BBQ in the sunshine and appreciating the freedom and beauty we are constantly surrounded by whilst being totally grateful for the previous generations and cultures for giving us this lifestyle.

It helps that we live in Pemberton 🥰 I mean, what better BBQ than our local, fresh and interesting Sausages created by Fox Bro’s butchers in town.

So, can we entice you downsouth?

If camping is your preferred escape, we do have some camps available at Draftys in the Warren National Park. A beautiful place to enjoy Australia Day. If you are chasing up group accommodation there is still availability at the Pemberton Lodge in the centre of Pemberton town.

The shire Australia Day service will be held in Northcliffe this year, with the Pemberton Community Breakfast at the Pemberton CRC and a family fun day at the Pemberton Pool!

So beat the heat and join in our reasons for celebrating Australia! 🌳🌳🌳
